The City of Indianola intends to enter into a guaranteed maximum price contract for a new public safety/city hall building facility. The CMaR will be engaged using a two-step solicitation process. A CMaR with sufficient qualifications based on the following selection criteria will be offered the opportunity to submit a proposal to serve as CMaR for the project. A shortlist of evaluated firms will be compiled, and invitations for firm interviews may be part of the selection process. Schedule: Pre-referendum services to begin immediately upon award. Pre-construction assistance services to begin after successful public general obligation bond referendum anticipated for November 2024. The first phase of construction is anticipated to commence during spring of 2025 and tentative substantial completion is December 2026.
