Site work for a mixed-use development in Indianola, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Further information or questions regarding this RFP may be directed to: Doug Bylund, Chief of Culture and Recreation Email: dbylund@indianolaiowa.gov Office Phone: 515.961.9420 The City of Indianola Parks and Recreation Department is requesting bids to seal the sidewalk/wall junctures on the east and west sides of the Indianola Activity Center with a urethane elastomer seal. o On the East Side: 60' long x approximately 8" high and approximately 4" onto the sidewalk. o On the west side: 120' long x approximately 8: high and approximately 4" onto the sidewalk 1. Surfaces must be prepared to ensure adhesion of the seal with hand-held grinders or needle guns. All debris caused by work is to be disposed of in a container provided by the City. 2. In areas where there is a gap at the concrete/EIFS foundation juncture, install a backer rod and a bead of urethane elastomer sealant. 3. Apply urethane elastomer up the sides of the building approximately 8" and 4" onto the sidewalk for a thorough seal. Your bid should include all costs for labor and materials installed.
