Site work for a mixed-use development in Wolf Creek, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Housing Authority ofKansas City, Kansas is seeking qualified companies to bid on work not limited to, but include; the cleaning existing guttering and downspouts. Providing downspout extension and new splash blocks and/or direct buried downspout extensions, parking lot drainage, excavation, retaining wall, finish grade and sod for various locations at these developments, all ofwhich are located in Kansas City, Kansas. This project is federally funded and subject to all applicable regulations. Prevailing wages must be paid as per the wage rates in the Project Manual. The Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and all bids or request additional information from any bidder.
