Dubuque County Jail Pod B Renovation The project is broken down into the following bid categories: Bid Category No. 2: Demolition Bid Category No. 4: Masonry Bid Category No. 7: Security Sealant Bid Category No. 9: Painting Bid Category No. 11: Detention Equipment Bid Category No. 23: HVAC Bid Category No. 26: Electrical, Electronic Security and Safety Sealed Bids for the Project designated above will be received on behalf of the Owner by the Construction Manager, The Samuels Group, at the above location. Bid Documents may be examined at the Construction Manager's office located at 2929 Westown Parkway, Suite 200, West Des Moines IA 50266 or bid documents can be electronically sent to bidders upon request from the Construction Manager. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept any bid, reject any and all bids, and upon acceptance of any bid, to thereafter accept revisions or modifications on such bid. When qualified the Owner reserves the right to review safety history and EMR ratings.
