A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Lakeview Cemetery, 455 North Ave, Burlington, VT 05401 Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront (BPRW) is requesting proposals from a qualified, experienced professional engineer or design consultant team to develop construction documents for a new section of Lakeview Cemetery Questions due: Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at NOON Answers posted: Thursday, February 29, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to negotiate with one or more parties, or to award the contract to the proposal the City deems will meet its best interests, even if that proposal is not the lowest bid. The City reserves the right to re-advertise for additional proposals and to extend the deadline for submission of the proposals
