The Fairview Meeting Room, located on the ninth floor of City Hall, has an existing video presentation system based on Crestron hardware. The City has established Cisco hardware as the standard for video conferencing in meeting rooms. Rather than integrate the Crestron platform with a Cisco video conferencing platform, the City would like to replace the existing platform with a Cisco video conferencing solution that also provides video presentation capabilities. At the request of the City, Cisco reviewed the room, the existing solution, and the needs of the City, and provided the following recommendation. The City seeks a contractor to provide and implement the Cisco recommended solution.
