Critical clarifications may be made via addenda, however, untimely questions may not be considered. Consideration for modification or alteration of the documents contained in this solicitation shall be requested during the specified question period, before the applicable deadline. No oral interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other Contract documents shall be considered binding. The County shall be bound by information and statements only when such statements are written and executed under the authority of the Manager, Procurement Division. Window Restoration: Remove and replace sealant associated with the windows per construction documents. Steel windows are to be scraped, primed and painted. Deteriorated steel components are to be patched. Glazing stops are to be replaced where more than 10% of the original thickness has deteriorated. To be admitted to the Orange County Correctional Complex photo identification (e.g. driver's license) is required. Site visit attendees will not be allowed to have any purses, bags, etc., or firearms, knives of any sort, mace, tools, cell phones or pagers, or like items. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed bids for Corrections Campus Wide Window Repair (Y24-763) PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Performance of all tasksspecified in the contract documentsshall be the responsibility of the contractor unless specified otherwise. B.
