The Department of Military Affairs, (DMA) Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) has completed interviews of the Short Listed Firms for Project Number 218037, Orlando Fern Creek ESP Renovation. The order of ranking for negotiations is as follows: 1. Song + Associates Inc. 618 East South Street, Suite 500 Orlando, Florida 2. Pond 4902 Eisenhower Blvd. Tampa, Florida 3. Architecture Studio Inc. 1823 East Fort King Street, Suite 102 Ocala, Florida Firms have been rated and ranked in accordance with State of Florida Consultants' Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA). The DMA/CFMO intends to negotiate with the firm ranked as number one. If an agreement cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time, negotiations will be officially ceased, and negotiations will commence with the number two ranked firm. If an agreement cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time with the number two ranked firm, negotiations will be officially ceased, and negotiations will commence with the number three ranked firm. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Any person who is adversely affected by the Agency's decision or intended decision shall file with the Agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. The State of Florida's award, performance, and obligation to pay under this contract is contingent upon availability of funding and an annual appropriation by the Legislature.
