Renovation of a museum in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The work includes the repairs of a historic house as indicated in the documents. The replacement of interior plaster, not gypsum board, reinstallation of wood trim, finishes and resurfacing of floors and the installation of historic replicated wall coverings The Contractor will be required to work around the City's operations and must coordinate planned shutdowns during this time. Some shutdowns and work that is loud may have to occur after normal business hours but it is anticipated that the Contractor will be able to proceed with construction operations during normal business hours.
