The Contractor shall furnish the Department with a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond, written by a Surety Company acceptable to the Department, and authorized to do business in the State of Florida. The form of bond shall be as prescribed in these specifications. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the State of Florida.
