6th Street Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Refurbishment. The final completion date for the project will be (30) days following the agreed to substantial completion date provided by the successful low bidder. The Project contemplated consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of dry pit submersible pumps, motor assemblies, mounting frames, and concrete pads. The removal and replacement of suction and discharge valves. The removal and replacement of exhaust fans and hoods. The removal and replacement of wet well isolation valve. This is a design build project. Contractor must visit the site prior to bid. Contractor must verify all existing pump, valve and pipe characteristics prior to bid.
