For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call 2258104814 The work under this contract includes Pearl River County School District - Cafeteria HVAC Improvements necessary to replace three existing heat pump units with three new units and shall include all modifications necessary to existing duct work as shown in the contract documents to accommodate the new units. Work shall include electrical work required to support the replacement of heat pump units as shown in the contract documents. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Pearl River County School District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply needs.
