Scope- New Castle County Public Works Department (the County) is seeking proposals for on-call, cured-in-place sewer lateral lining contractual services as described herein at various sites countywide. The Vendor shall provide materials, Equipment, Supplies, Labor, Transportation Fuel and Power to: (a) Clean 4 to 15 inch diameter sewer mains and sewer laterals of various material composition. (b) Pre-lining CCTV inspection of sewer laterals of various material composition. (c) Installation of 4 or 6 inch sewer lateral liners on laterals with or without access to a lateral cleanout (various lengths). (d) Installation of 4 or 6 inch sewer lateral liners on laterals where lining is limited to sealingthe connection joint between the collector pipe and the lateral. (e) Installation of 4 or 6 inch lateral liners on laterals connected to manholes (various lengths). (f) Installation of pipe liners in outside manhole drop connections (various lengths and diameters). For the purposes of this bid, these types of liners shall also be referred to as "lateral pipe liners". (g) Post lining CCTV inspection of lined laterals or outside manhole drop connections. (h) Warranty CCTV inspection of lined laterals or outside manhole drop connections
