Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in San Luis, Arizona. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of San Luis West Wastewater Treatment Plant is located at 101 West Cesar Chavez Boulevard, in San Luis, Arizona, 85349. The project consists of expanding the existing West Wastewater Treatment Plant to increase its treatment capacity from 1.5 MGD to 3.0 MGD. System improvements are anticipated thought the entire process control. Qualified firms interested in performing all necessary evaluation, design, and related functions required to develop project plans and specifications for a bid ready package and provide bidding assistance during the bidding process. A tentative design duration of 8 months is anticipated but project schedule to be coordinated with successful firm. Any RFQ questions shall be forwarded to Jorge Perez, Assistant Public Works Director 1090 E Union St, San Luis, Arizona 85349, jperez@sanluisaz.gov, 928-341-8577 The City of San Luis reserves the right to cancel the RFQ, reject any or all statements, or to withhold selections of short-listed firms for any reason it may determine, or to and/or to reject any or all SOQ, and/or to waive or decline irregularities in any submittal.
