Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in San Luis, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of, but is not limited to construction of a new 2-million-gallon water storage tank with appurtenances and piping at the City's Well Site 7 and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. Proposals will be accepted for either a steel tank or a prestressed concrete tank Each Bid should be submitted on the Proposal Form and be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of, but is not limited to construction of a new 2-million-gallon water storage tank with appurtenances and piping at the City's Well Site 7 and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. Proposals will be accepted for either a steel tank or a prestressed concrete tank. The project shall be complete and in place within 270 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The City of San Luis reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality in any bid. Question Deadline 03/22/2024
