Technical specifications for all material requirements, construction requirements and construction testing shall be accomplished in strict compliance with Mississippi Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction, 2004 Edition, adopted by the office of State Aid Road Construction of the Mississippi Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
