The Idledale Water & Sanitation District (Owner) is requesting bids from qualified well drilling contractors (Bidders) for the drilling and development of a new potable water well as described herein: Owner will accept written bids from qualified contractors to provide all required labor, materials, and equipment to drill and develop a new potable water well. In addition, the contractor will be required to perform required water quality sampling for laboratory testing and water production yield testing utilizing air lifting procedures. All construction activities including equipment staging and storage will occur on the Owner s property at 2144 S. Grapevine Road, Idledale Colorado. Neither Owner, Owner s Advisor, nor Engineer will be responsible for accuracy of bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than directly through Justin Janca and Idledale Water & Sanitation District. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to file with the Clerk of this Court an answer or other response to the Counterclaim filed in this action. You are required to file your answer or other response within 35 days after such service of this summons is made upon you. Service of this summons shall be complete on the date of the last publication. A copy of the Counterclaim and Complaint may be obtained from the clerk of the court. If you fail to file your answer or other response to the Counterclaim in writing within the 35 days after the date of the last publication, the Court may enter judgment by default against you for the relief demanded in the Counterclaim without further notice. This is an action to quiet the title of the Plaintiff and Defendants in and to the real property situated in Jefferson County, Colorado, more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. This is a request for bids to provide Well Drilling, Sampling, and Installation Services to support a
new well construction as part of the IWSD Water System Improvements Project. Well drilling,
sampling, and development will be located at 2144 S. Grapevine Rd. on property owned by the
District. The drilling site will be cleared and leveled and readily accessible by 2WD pickups prior to
mobilization. The District is concurrently submitting Form GWS-45, General Purpose Water Well
Permit Application to the Colorado Division of Water Resources. All construction is required to
comply with all appropriate sections of Colorado 2 CCR 402-2, Rules & Regulations for Water Well
