Rough and Finish carpentry, Plastic laminate casework, Quartz Countertops, Signage and Wood Blocking. 2. Masonry 3. Steel frames, Flush wood doors, Door Hardware, Aluminum Windows and Glazing. 4. Gypsum Board and Metal Studs, Acoustical Panel Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Carpet tiles and Paint. 5. Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. 6. Electrical 7. Plumbing Anticipated Award of Contract date: March 12, 2024 D. Anticipated Start of Construction: March 13, 2024 - District Office June 1, 2024 - Kellar Band Room E. Anticipated Substantial Completion date: August 9, 2024 F. Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time of receipt bids and will be publicly opened at that time. The date of Final Completion shall be no later than September 30, 2024, 5:00 p.m Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid.
