This project includes site security improvements at the Department of Water Resources- Southern Field Division water facilities in Los Angeles County. The work includes the following principal features: fencing, impact rated gates, personnel gates, bollards, reinforced concrete equipment pads, reinforced concrete box culvert, prefabricated guard shack, security camera poles, security hardening of doors and windows, trenching and constructing electrical conduits, and site work. See Section 01110- Summary of Work for more information. The work sites are at the following locations:
1. Oso Pumping Plant.
2. Pearblossom Pumping Plant.
3. Southern Field Division O&M Center: ESTIMATED COST: $8,200,000 TO $9,800,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The bid shall be accompanied by one of the following forms of bid security: cash, cashiers check, certified check, or bidders bond; made payable to the Director of Water Resources.
