Purpose and Description of Services IFB# 10203993 Page 5 of 72 The Contractor will perform elevator maintenance and certification as specified in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for the Department of Water Resources, Southern Field Division (SFD). The Contractor will also provide quarterly inspection, yearly certification, repair services, and emergency services upon request from the DWR Contract Manager. B. Bidder Minimum Qualifications The Contractor must possess and maintain the following during the term of this agreement: 1. Current C-11 Elevator Contractor License. 2. California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA) Certified Qualified Conveyance Company Certification. 3. Cal/OSHA Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic Certification. LOCATION WHERE WORK WILL BE PERFORMED: Division Various locations within the Southern Field Division jurisdiction. See Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Locations
