The work includes, but is not limited to, physical security upgrades at the San Joaquin Field Division Operation & Maintenance Center, Chrisman Pumping Plant, and Edmonston Pumping Plant. Principal features of the work at the O&M Center include chain link fencing with barbed wire, an impact rated gate with automatic operator systems, bollards, reinforced concrete equipment pad, a precast reinforced concrete box culvert, a prefabricated guard shack with office and restroom facilities (including slab-on-grade, HVAC, lighting, power, data and communication system connectivity, water and sewer pump connections), a security camera pole, trenching and electrical conduits, gas line installation, and various site work such as demolition, earthwork, concrete liner installation, slope protection, asphalt pavement, curb installation, guardrail replacement, fence replacement, and traffic striping and signage. At the Chrisman Pumping Plant, the work includes impact rated gates, bollards, concrete equipment pads, security hardening of doors and windows, trenching and electrical conduits, and related site work. At the Edmonston Pumping Plant, the work includes fencing, gates, personnel gates, bollards, equipment pads, camera pole, security hardening, trenching and conduits, and associated site improvements including railings.
