Site work for a water / sewer project in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Saskatoon requires the services of an external Water and Sewer Contractors to perform trenchless replacement of failed service connections comprised of materials no longer compliant with City Specifications for residential properties. This work includes failed lead water services and clay-tile or fiber sewer service connections. The contractor is responsible for providing all labour and materials to complete the connection replacement using the pipe bursting technology. It is the City of Saskatoon's (City) intention to enter into a contract with one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of 9 months (April - December 2024). Without limiting any other termination rights, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon the following conditions being met: (i) A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; (ii) Supplier must have performed satisfactorily as determined solely by the City; (iii) The services are still required; (iv) The services are still required to be outsourced; and (v) Budgetary funds must be available.
