City Staff will review all proposals and then contact selected vendors to engage in further negotiations for the following: Supplying Motor Control Equipment for the Horseshoe Storm Pump Station The contract consists of the delivery and supply of motor control equipment for the City of Kent Horseshoe Storm Pump Station. Installation will be performed by others. The City will make the site open to contractors interested in bidding the project on 2/21/2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. accessible from a gated entry at 8425 S 259th St. Kent Washington 98032. City staff will be present to provide access to the site and building; not to answer questions or provide information. Each quote shall be in accordance with specifications and other contract documents now on file in the office of the Deputy Director of Public Works Operations, City of Kent The City of Kent reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, or waive any informalities in the submission of proposals, or determine which proposal or applicant is the most responsive. The City shall be the sole judge thereof. Prospective Contractors must submit with their initial proposal a signed statement as to whether they have previously performed work subject to the President's Executive Order No. 11246. This statement is informational only. No applicant may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of thirty (30) days after the day the proposals are opened. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
