Pool Heat Exchanger Installation- RiverPlex Recreation & Wellness Center Location- 600 Northeast Water Street Peoria, IL 61603 BASE BID: Install Owner supplied heat exchangers for the Whirlpool and Leisure Pool Goals- Not less than 20% of the total dollar amount of the Contract awarded to go to Minority-owned Businesses Not less than 5% of the total dollar amount of the Contract awarded to go to Women-owned Businesses Not less than 20% of total hours worked on the job to be by Minority Persons Not less than 5% of total hours worked on the job to be by Women The work is tentatively scheduled to begin on March 14, 2024 and be at Substantial Completion by May 17, 2024. Actual work to take place between April 29, 2024 and May 17, 2024. After Substantial Completion if Contractor shall neglect, refuse, or fail to complete the remaining Work necessary to achieve Final Completion within ten (10) calendar days Interpretations for this project may be obtained at the Planning, Design & Construction Department, Bradley Park Equipment Service, 1314 N.
