Bid 1 : Bid for Class 13 Gravel. All Envelopes Containing Bids Must Be Clearly Marked on the Outside "2024 Gravel Bid". A Bid Bond Made Payable to Cass County in the Amount of $2,500.00 Must Accompany Each Bid in a Separate Envelope Attached to the Outside of the Bid. Certified or Cashier's checks in the amount specified are acceptable. Proposals must be submitted on the County Bid Form, obtainable from Cass County Highway Department, 1201 Main Avenue West, West Fargo, ND, Ph: 298-2377. A current copy of the ND Contractor's License shall be included in the Bid Bond envelope. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, and to award the bids as determined to be in the best interest of the County.
