Reference Number 0000376532 Job Location: 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198 Pavement repairs at approximately 45 locations in the City of Ypsilanti and the Charter Township of Ypsilanti. The work includes bituminous and/or concrete pavement repairs as well as concrete curb and gutter repairs. The project shall start within 10 business days of issuance of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed on or before July 3, 2025. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The following information must be supplied with each Bid: a completed and signed Bid Form, a Bid Bond or guarantee, a completed Statement of Qualifications, with proof of MDOT prequalification or sufficient bonding capacity, and a completed Subcontractor Listing. The Bid Bond or guarantee shall be for a sum not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Acceptable forms of Bid guarantee include certified check and bank money order. YCUA reserves and has the right to waive any and all irregularities in bidding. Bids, quotes or proposals that do not conform in every respect to bidding requirements may be accepted by YCUA.
