Reference Number 0000343964 The Project consists of installing existing upstream sluiceway bulkheads, fabricating and installing new downstream sluiceway bulkheads, dewatering the sluiceways to allow for sluice gate inspections by the owner's engineer, and removing and reinstalling one sluice gate and associated components for inspection by the owner's engineer. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of 5% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible. Site Visit and Testing by Bidders A. Bidder shall conduct Site visits during normal working hours, and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. B. Bidder is not required to conduct any subsurface testing, or exhaustive investigations of Site conditions.
