CLIENT PROJECT NUMBER - CSR0018.0000.0000 The general location of the proposed work is: The intersection of Wells Rd and North County Rd to the intersection of Miraflores Dr and North County Road. Work includes the adjustment or replacement of existing manholes, storm inlets, and valve boxes prior to paving and includes the overbuilding of North County Rd between and including the above specified intersections. Work also includes installation of new curbing and storm water infrastructure to improve the drainage of North County Rd. It is of the utmost importance that the contractor follows the steps outlined within the plans and specifications to insure the survival of the landmarked banyan trees along North County Rd. The awarded bidder must provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work specified herein. However, if that is not possible, project may be split into two phases. Phase 1 Contractor can start the project as soon as possible, but no later than July 1st, 2024, and ends on Nov 20, 2024. Second and final phase starts on May 1st, 2025, and ends on Nov 20, 2025. No work will be allowed during season and official holidays. Contractor is required to provide work schedule based on the timeframe provided above.
