Questions Due Date: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting competitive bids for supply and delivery one hundred (100) Keystone Selectable Power 5000K LED Lamps, Part Number: KT-LED27PSHID-E26-850-D /G4. Bidders may submit bids using alternate/comparable products to be considered for award. The Town will review alternate/comparable product submissions to determine if the product meets the Town's requirements. Any bidder submitting pricing for alternate/comparable products must upload product specifications and warranty information for Town review. DELIVERY TERMS: F.O.B.: Destination AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bids. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Order(s).
