Town of Palm Beach Phase 5S and 3S: Milling and Paving Improvements project includes minor utility structure roadway adjustments, milling, resurfacing and areas of greater roadway repair, along with select curb and sidewalk replacements. The project is located within the Utility Underground Phases 5 South and 3 South, which is portions of mid-town Palm Beach between Via Vizcaya and Seaspray Avenue.
