The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting competitive bids for the supply and delivery of two (2) EATON mariner lighting bollards. Products from alternative manufacturers will not be considered for award because the product must exactly match existing lighting bollards. DELIVERY LOCATION: Town of Palm Beach Public Works Building 951 Okeechobee Road Suite "D" West Palm Beach, FL 33401 DELIVERY TERMS: F.O.B.: Destination AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bids. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Order(s).
