The work to be done shall consist of the installation of bituminous concrete materials, and milling operations in accordance with Connecticut Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads, Bridges and Incidental Construction, Form 816, latest revision, all related sections. All work will be scheduled as directed by the Superintendent of Public Services or his representative. Work shall proceed during the Highway Department’s regular working hours: 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday or as directed. To include night paving with associated lighting at no additional cost.
