**As of March 28, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $306,600.80** The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work includes approximately chemical grouting repairs of thirteen (13) sanitary sewer manhole defects, one hundred four (104) sanitary sewer pipeline defects, thirty-five (35) service connection (laterals) defects, as well as, inserting an inflow-prevention cover insert within one (1) manhole, cutting of one (1) protruding service connection (lateral) prior to grouting, and herbicide treatment within eighteen (18) sanitary sewers. The location of these repairs are shown on the eight (8) maps included in Appendix 2 of these specifications. The work is located within the Township of Livingston and includes: mobilization, site investigation, site preparation and safety, traffic control, general construction, coordination with the Owner, Engineer and local authorities, removal and proper disposal of any demolished materials, clean-up and restoration of all areas disturbed during construction, and testing and final cleanup. The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
