Summary Details The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, Recreation Sites and Trails BC is issuing a Request for Proposal for recreation site maintenance services in the 100 Mile House South area (Contract RC252770002) for the period of April 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2024. Subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and availability of funding by the Province, the Parties may agree in writing to extend this Agreement up to a maximum of two additional 12-month terms. A supplier meeting will not be held for this opportunity. The proposed contract requires the provision of regular maintenance, clean-up, and minor repairs of the nineteen (19) recreation sites and trailheads located in the southern portion of the 100 Mile House Natural Resource District. Access conditions for each of the sites are variable, and some sites may require the use of a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The locations of each site are shown on the recreation site location maps included Question Deadline 02/29/2024 at 12:00 PM PT Estimated Contract Duration (12 months)
