Data Center Uninterrupted Power Supply Turn-key Replacement:
a. Proposals must include detailed specifications for;
i. UPS systems,
Two (2) Liebert APS Model AS6D0FCYHNNX BNC units or comparable
a. Network cards for real time monitoring and alerting.
b. Rackmount Kit
c. Modular online double conversion UPS that provides the highest level of
power conditioning and power protection for critical IT systems.
d. The hot-swappable power, battery, and control modules allow for
maintenance on the system without disturbance to attached loads.
ii. Ability to have 2N redundancy by plugging one power supply on each server to each
UPS unit splitting the load between Two (2) UPS units, load would never be above 40%
on each UPS assuming both UPS units are online. A typical load of 10kva, the runtime
would be approx. 15 minutes.
iii. Bypass (Quantity Two (2)) and Transfer Switches (Quantity Two (2)), enables the UPS
system to be electrically isolated - taken out of the critical power circuit - for safe UPS
maintenance or unit replacement. It enables service work to be undertaken without
disrupting the critical load.
iv. Standardize, update plug types, for UPS, PDU's, servers and devices
v. Configure real-time monitoring and alerting of power condition, status and health.

Project will be completed by June 30, 2024, including acquisition, full implementation, and training Ingham ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or portions thereof, if it deems such action to be in its best interest. Ingham ISD reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposal and has sole discretion to determine the lowest responsible proposal. Furthermore, Ingham ISD reserves the right to split any ensuing award among multiple vendors or to award the proposal in whole to one vendor. Ingham ISD reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of
whether the proposal is accepted or not.
