The Project Work consists of constructing and performing associated services for work generally described as, but not necessarily limited to, the following: The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the Cedar City WWTP Effluent Reuse Filtration Project (Project). The Project generally consists of the following primary components: Construction of a Tertiary Treatment Facility with two (2) cloth disk filters and flow reuse diversion vault for the Cedar City Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to produce Type I Reuse effluent water quality. A. The Work includes the following: 1. Civil earthwork, grading, yard piping, road and asphalt, curb and sidewalk, and demolition. 2. Architectural work including finishes, doors, windows, egress requirements, and fire code/fire suppression. 3. Structural earthwork, foundations, and building construction (using a preengineered metal building), 4. Process work includes piping, valves, filter tanks, chemical feed, pumps, and other appurtenances. 5. Mechanical work includes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning upgrades and equipment; potable water, non-potable water, sewer, and drain piping and valving. 6. Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls includes electrical supply, wiring, cable and conduit, electrical and control panels, lighting, security, process and mechanical instrumentation, and appurtenances.
