Note: a Bid Deposit is Not Required for Projects Advertised Under $50,000. Request for Waivers Must Be Sent to Eohlc (David.mcclave@mass.gov) 5 Calendar Days Prior to the General Bid Date. Question Deadline 02/29/2024 General Bidders Must Agree to Contract With Minority and Women Business Enterprises as Certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (Sdo), Formerly Known as Somwba. The Combined Participation Benchmark Reserved for Such Enterprises Shall Not Be Less Than 13% of the Final Contract Price Including Accepted Alternates. No Waivers Will Be Granted After the General Bids Are Opened.
