Description Work of the Project includes renovation of an approximately 54,980 sf existing single story pre engineered metal building and includes site grading, drainage and paving as well as demolition and replacement of the existing building envelop including existing metal siding, insulation, windows, doors, roof. Selective demolition of interior and fixtures and select areas of asbestos abatement is included in the scope of the work as is trenching for utilities, and an alternate for a bus lift equipment pit. The existing structural elements are to remain including the slab, the rigid frame, columns, girts, purlins struts, x-braces furring and other structural items.
