Completion: Substantial completion for this project shall be ninety (90) days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day. Bid Security: No Security Required. Performance / Payment Bonds: Should your quote meet or exceed $25,000.00, per LA RS 38:2241, a performance bond of at least 100% and payment bond of 50% is required; If applicable, awarded contractor must secure and submit performance/payment bonds prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. If quote is not $25,000 or more, no performance/payment bond is required.
