Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The improvement includes scarification, furnish and place Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement, pavement markings, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement, pavement removal, traffic control, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 662-043/068 located along Leland Avenue and SW 56th Street from Highway 28 to approximately 500 feet north of Wolcott Circle and other locations as directed by the City Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed September 12, 2024 and in accordance with Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $585,000. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. City's Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72%
