The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for retaining wall repairs at Terrace Hill, Des Moines, IA 50312. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on September 23rd 2024 and end on December 6th 2024. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
