Site work for a road / highway in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project will include installing pavement markings, traffic control and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 662-254/281 at the following locations and other locations directed by the City Engineer, Des Moines, Iowa: Franklin Avenue from 44th Street to 48th Street Martin Luther King Jr Parkway from Hickman Road to Douglas Avenue E. Grand Avenue from Des Moines River Bridge to Pennsylvania Avenue S.E. 1st Street from Indianola Avenue to Scott Avenue Crosswalks and stop bars on E. 14th Street from Watrous Ave to Hull Avenue Crosswalks and stop bars on University Avenue from 24th Street to E. 9th Street. This project shall be fully completed not later than September 1, 2025, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $450,000.00 The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
