Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a road / highway; playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Ada County is soliciting prequalification statements from qualified licensed general contractors for the construction of the ARPA Ada County Expo Idaho Park Project. Prequalification Statements must meet the qualifications established by Ada County in order for a contractor to bid on the Expo Idaho Park Construction (Stage 2). Only contractors that are prequalified for the park construction will be provided with bid documents. General quantities for the Park Project include the following: o Approximately 120,000 cubic yards of soil excavation and re-use which includes site grading for: o 4-acre skate park with pavilion. o 4-acre playground with pavilion. o 9 acres of ridge landscape o 16 acres of wetlands/lowlands/stormwater basin. o Approximately 20,000 cubic yards soil excavation and removal off-site. o Approximately 50 acres of erosion and sediment control. o Approximately 20,000 cubic yards of imported soil. o Approximately 54,000 square feet of asphalt demolition and removal off site. o Approximately 45 acres of site clearing. o Approximately 8000 square feet of existing structures to be demolished and removed offsite. o Approximately 6000 linear feet of horse track fence to demolished and removed off-site. o Approximately 80 trees to be removed. o Approximately 800 new trees of various calipers to be planted. o Approximately 16 acres of wetland and meadow vegetation planting. o Construct approximately 200,000 SF of concrete pathways. (Various widths) o Construct approximately 2 miles of secondary natural trails (Various widths) o Construct approximately 70,000 SF of parking and roadway. o Construction of 4-acre skate park. (Approximately 40,000 SF of skate features o Procure and install various bespoke and standard playground equipment and associated safety surfacing. o Procure and install various park furniture. o Construction of 1 large pavilion with restrooms (approximately 3000 square feet) o Construction of 1 smaller pavilion with restrooms (approximately 1500 square feet) o Procure and install 4 bridges of various lengths and designs o Construction of retaining walls of various types and heights. o Construction or modification of various site utilities including water, stormwater, irrigation, electrical, or gas and/or coordinate with various utilities in their own construction or modification of the site utilities.
