DTEC-Garage Door Enlargement Question Deadline 03/27/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions regarding this Request for Bid must be submitted in writing and received by Studio H Architects NO LATER THAN . Questions received after this date will not be considered. The School District will not be responsible for verbal interpretations. Questions will be answered by written addenda and distributed to the above-mentioned Online. All addenda issued during the bid period will be incorporated into the contract. Addenda issued prior to bidding shall be acknowledged on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge addenda may be cause for rejection of bid as non-responsive. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to adhere to the requirements of subparagraph 8.1.1.1 of the Supplementary Conditions regarding time for the performance of the work.
