Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Rock River School --This project generally includes demolition and disposal of existing concrete flatwork, brick, steel frame trench drain, curb and gutter, and removal of post foundations; approximately 4456 SF of new 4" thick concrete surfacing; and 40 LF of new curb and gutter. One new ADA ramp is included. Spring Creek Elementary School -- This project generally includes demolition and disposal of existing concrete flatwork and curb and gutter, installation of approximately 1816 SF of new 4" thick concrete surfacing (includes two ADA ramps), and approximately 66 LF of new curb and gutter for the staff parking lot. Asphalt patch at curb and gutter replacement sections is included. Work on the south side of the building generally includes approximately 376 SF of concrete sidewalk removal to be replaced with new sod, removal and replacement of approximately 88 SF of utility ramp along with 11 LF of roll-over curb and gutter; and removal and replacement of an ADA ramp which includes approximately 105 SF of existing ramp removal plus approximately an additional 93 SF of additional concrete, approximately 90 SF of curb and gutter and valley gutter, along with approximately 18 LF of new curb.
