Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Blacklick, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
As of April 29, 2024, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. The Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following major items: The project generally consists of upgrades to the existing Water Plant and Administrative facilities including a new above-ground Clearwell tank, a new Red Water Tank, Surface Sand Filters, Office/Administrative Addition, Electrical and HVAC work, Fire Suppression system, instrumentation and control systems, yard piping, Fencing, Paving, Drainage, and appurtenance upgrades to be installed and integrated with existing structures and interconnected with existing facilities and controls. o 300,000 Gallon Clearwell o Fence, Paving and Site Improvements o Administrative Office Space Expansion o Red Water System Capacity Increase o Iron Filter Rehabilitation o ION Exchange System Upgrade Orders can be picked up at any of our three (3) locations.
