The Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following major items: Contract A - Administrative Office Addition and Renovation 1,432 SF - Administrative Office Addition Existing Office Renovation Contract B - Water Treatment Plant and Site Improvements 300,000 Gallon Clearwell Tank Fence, Paving and Site Improvements Red Water System Capacity Increase Iron Filter Rehabilitation Valve and Actuator Replacement Actual items for the project are listed on the Proposal forms. The Engineerís Estimate for this project is Contract B $3,800,000 Alternate 1 $850,000 The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than January 5, 2026. The Jefferson Water and Sewer District hereafter defined as the Owner, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all Proposals, to increase or decrease or omit any item(s) and to award to the lowest and best qualified Bidder. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) objectives with U.S. EPA. The current negotiated goals for construction related activities are 1.3% of all contracts to MBEs and 1.0% of all contracts to WBEs
