The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites bids from qualified contractors for the 91 Express Lanes and 405 Express Lanes Bids and amendments received after the date and time specified above will be returned to the bidders unopened.
The budget is $491,000 for a two (2)-year term. All questions, clarifications, or comments must be put in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 4:00 p.m., on February 20, 2024. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of addenda in their bids. Failure to acknowledge receipt of Addenda may cause the bid to be deemed non-responsive to this IFB and be rejected. Responses from the Authority will be posted Electronically, no later than five (5) calendar days before the scheduled date of bid opening. Bidders may download responses Electronically, or request responses be sent via U.S. Mail by e-mailing or faxing the request to Jackie Le, Senior Contract Administrator. Any individual or entity that is the subject of any Ukraine/Russiarelated economic sanction is not eligible to submit a Bid. In submitting a Bid, all Bidders agree to comply with all economic sanctions imposed by the State or U.S. Government.
