Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredonia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: 1. Mass grading and restoration of the approximate 62-acre site. 2. Construction of approximately 2,150 linear feet (LF) of roadway with asphalt pavement and concrete curb and gutter. 3. Construction of approximately 1,300 LF of sanitary sewer, 2,850 LF of water main, 2,300 LF of storm sewer. 4. Construction of two wet detention basins and ditches along the east and west site perimeters. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
