SPECIFICATION
o 3 locations
o Approximately 175 LF at Fishing Pier (175x8x2)
o Approximately 50 LF at Bridge (50x8x3)
o Approximately 184 sq ft at Gazebo main (19' diameter)
o Approximately 19 LF at Gazebo ramp (19x6x2)
o All Treated Lumber is to be Grade 1 or better
o Include all equipment and rentals.
o Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs.
o Contractor is responsible for any restoration of grounds due damaged caused by lift
equipment or any aspect of the project.
o Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including
barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Township project
manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction.
o All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager.
o Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton
